Potato Spanish Pakora

Potato Spanish Pakora Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

Gram flour 100 gm 
potato thin slIced 200 gm 
Spanish julienne 100 gm 
red onion slIces 100 gm 
Mint leaves 30 gm 
Coriander leaves 30 gm 
green chilli :3 no 
Water as per required 
Salt to taste 
Coriander powder 1tsp 
red chili powder 1 tsp 
Turmeric powder 1 tsp 
Sun flour Oil "1/2 liter for fraying purpose 

How to make Potato Spanish Pakora

 

METHOD:

1. Wash potato and remove skin and cut into thin slices. 
2. Onion cut slices. Spinach cut in to julienne.mint leaves and coriander leaves and green chili cut chopped. 
3. Add the spices as per the recipe and add gram flour and little water to cot all the ingredients. 
4. Than deep fry in hot oil,serve with mint sauce and sweet chilli
